Flow wraps are typically made with plastic films to create a package with a fin seal on the back, filled in a continuous packing method that seals off the product on both ends.
Flow wrap is a roll stock format. Printed roll stock is printable film that comes to you in a flat, printed roll and is then formed, filled and sealed at the manufacturer’s facility, so the wrapper is created around the product on your line.
Flow wraps are typically made with plastic films to create a package with a fin seal on the back. These are filled in a continuous packing method that seals off the product on both ends. Flow wrap packaging is most commonly used with food items, and some non food items like medical supplies and toys. These are also intended for products with a single use that do not need to be repackaged for storage purposes.
All of our flow wraps are custom printed. Items offered include snack webs, cosmetic web, forming films and heat seal polypros. Special items are also available upon request.
Flow wrap runs continuously and seals at both ends around a solid product. A sachet runs horizontally into a flat three sided packet for powders, liquids and gels. A stick pack is tall and narrow and runs vertically. Which one fits depends on the product and the machine it runs on.

In 2023, K. Sidrane opened our newest facility dedicated to producing flexible packaging. Say goodbye to weeks long waits for shipments from abroad. We are prepared to print and convert all of your flexible packaging needs domestically right here in New York, and with a fleet of new state of the art equipment the facility boasts quick turnaround time and top quality offerings.
K. Sidrane’s digital print gives your packaging a premium look with beautifully printed artwork ready to wow the consumer. Our flexible packaging selection is not limited to one format, so a brand running several package types can hold one color standard across all of them rather than chasing a match between vendors.
