Custom Beverage Label Printing · Farmingdale, NY
Custom beverage labels have to survive a cooler, a freezer, an ice bucket or a high pressure processing cycle and still look right on the shelf. We print for coffee, tea, juice, kombucha and energy drinks, and we run every flavor in the line together.

Artwork is rarely the problem. The two failures that cost a beverage brand a whole run are choosing a material that cannot survive the process and buying every flavor as a separate job.
Material
A label going into a cooler is fighting condensation. A label going into a freezer is fighting a cold surface at application. A juice going through High Pressure Processing is fighting several thousand atmospheres with the label already on the bottle. These are three different material answers, and the wrong one comes off in the case. Tell us the process before the artwork is final and we will point you at the stock and adhesive that holds.
Runs
Most beverage lines launch with four to eight flavors and buy them as four to eight print jobs. On a digital press that is money left on the table. Print multiple flavors of the same beverage at the same label size and they run together, unlimited SKUs in one pass. Digital also means the price does not move because a design has twelve colors instead of four, so the seasonal flavor with the elaborate artwork costs what the flagship costs.
Everything here runs in our own facility in Farmingdale. If your container is an odd shape, send us one.
| Spec | What we run |
|---|---|
| Formats | Die cut labels, full wraps, partial wraps, and one, two, three or four panel labels. Shrink sleeves for cans and bottles. |
| Panels | Multi panel constructions when the back of a bottle runs out of room. Plow fold gives three to seven panels for warnings, dosing or a second language. |
| Clear labels | Double sided printing for clear bottles with a clear product inside, so the artwork reads through the liquid from the back of the label. |
| Substrates | Paper, white, clear and metallized film, plus textured stocks and holographic films. |
| Adhesives | Water resistant adhesives for bottles that live in ice, and materials selected for refrigerated, frozen and HPP processes. |
| Coffee and tea | Pre printed coffee bags with venting valves, zippered pouches for beans or leaves, sachets for individual tea bags, and boxes to package a group of them. |
| Eco options | Label stock designed to be recycled with an HDPE or PET container, wash off adhesives for the PET reclaim process, and material made from recycled coffee bags. |
| Finishing | Foil stamping, spot and tactile varnish, soft touch and specialty overlaminates, HoloKure patterned film. |

Beverage is the widest category we print. What the package has to do changes completely between a coffee bag and a water bottle, so it is worth being specific about which one you are.
Coffee has more package formats than any other drink. Some brands want shrink sleeves on individual cans of cold brew. Some need wrap labels for single serve bottles or for large jugs. Some just want a clean coffee bag label. Beyond labels we can supply the bag itself, pre printed with a venting valve, or a zippered pouch for beans or leaves. For tea, sachets hold the individual bags and a small carton packages a group of them. Bag, label and carton all come off the same floor in Farmingdale, so a coffee brand buying all three gets them matched rather than merely coordinated. Juice is where materials get tested hardest. Bottles come in shapes nothing standard fits, product goes out refrigerated or frozen, and cold pressed lines run through High Pressure Processing with the label already applied. Many brands in this space choose a clear label so the color of the juice does the selling. We will advise on what survives each form of testing and what finishes work alongside it. That advice is part of the job here rather than an extra, and it happens before you commit to a material instead of after a run comes back wrong. Water and ready to drink are volume categories where the label is doing brand work against a shelf of near identical bottles. A clear bottle with a clear product inside is the classic case for a double sided label, where imagery prints on both faces and reads through the liquid. Metallic ink, premium white and cold foil give a flat bottle some depth without changing the container. Our HP presses run metallic ink, fluorescent ink and premium white alongside four color process, so that depth is a press capability rather than something added afterwards. Prepress, printing and converting all happen at 24 Baiting Place Road. Labels, shrink sleeves, pouches and cartons for the same brand come off the same floor, which is the only way to keep color consistent across formats.
Digital printing holds color run after run. Line variations and multiple color plates are a thing of the past, and the price does not change based on how many colors are in the design.
We work with a variety of co-packing partners and are happy to recommend one. Where you already have a filler, we deliver labels at the size and specs that facility needs so nothing gets rejected at the line.
Pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible pouches, sachets, flow wraps and small cartons. When a line adds a format, it does not have to add a vendor.
That is what the adhesive is for. We run specialty water resistant adhesives specifically so labels do not slide off in an ice bucket or a cooler. Tell us the container material and how the product is chilled and we will match the stock to it.
Cold pressed juice brands run HPP with the label already on the bottle, so the material has to be chosen for it. We know which stocks and adhesives hold through that process and will advise on what to use and what finishes work alongside it.
Yes, and you should. Print multiple flavors of the same beverage at the same label size and they run together on our digital presses, unlimited SKUs in one pass, which saves both time and money against buying each flavor as its own job.
A double sided label. Imagery prints on both faces so the back of the label reads through the liquid from the front of the bottle. It is the standard answer for water, and it works the same way on anything clear.
Both. We can provide pre printed coffee bags with venting valves and zippered pouches for beans or tea leaves, as well as simple bag labels if you already have the bag. We also print sachets for individual tea bags and the boxes that group them.
Yes. We carry label stock in clear or white designed to be recycled with an HDPE container, and material in white, clear or metallic that washes off cleanly during the PET reclaim process. There is also a stock made from recycled coffee bags. Ask for samples.
